Message Not Sent "Touch to review the message and try again" Dec 22, 2017

   Almost 2 weeks now I have dealing with this notification message.

   I have tried deleting all messages, cleared cache from Storage>Cached Data, also Wiped cache from recovery.

   I tried installing Hancent app, as searching online, it has an "undelivered message" section, but I did not see any messages that were not sent.

   Any help would be appreciated.

   Thank you @Murman , where can I change these settings ? - I noticed, that is another issue by itself... tried sending a message to a few contacts and it wouldn't send, something to do with the +1 before the number ?

   As for the Notification issue, I figured it out, its pretty silly, there is a clear all notification button within the messaging app, cant believe I didn't hit that prior to posting. See attached -

   I also have this issue, I've been in communication with OP support. Through that, I discovered that I don't have a certain menu option in the top of my Message app. In the top right corner I have 'search' and the little 'triple dots' button. No hamburger button that I keep being told to use!

   Also, I can't see any of the attachments you all referenced, do I need to be using a browser as opposed to the Community app?

   Interesting, yes I just checked and I as well cannot view the attachments on the app, it is in fact attached on the thread as I used my PC, guess One plus needs to work on the app.

   I will post the dism's on the actual thread give me a sec.

   If you don't the "Hamburger" icon, check for any app updates, or see if you got the Oneplus OTA update, then check and see..

    No updates on the Play store, I'm on Android 7.1.1, and OxyOS 4.7.4

    Wow, very interesting... Try downloading an application called Handcent Sms, go to the undelivered section and give it a look.

    Delete any messages that it may pick up.

    Funny thing, I got Handcent, nothing showing up under 'undelivered', I hit the 'mark all as read' button, and then switched back to the default SMS app, now I have 4 messages that could not be sent! [e]1f623[/e]

    LOL! - Turn the phone off, Hold power and Volume down until you get into recovery, Wipe the Cache, let see what happens.

    Just wiped the cache and rebooted, as soon as I set the Message app as default, the "Messages not sent" error returns. [e]1f614[/e]
